This home suffered water and fire damage from outside sources. The fire was caused in another unit, and when firefighters arrived they busted open the drywall and caused water damage when putting out the fire.

Although most water and fire damages are indoors, sometimes the damage spreads to outside of the home. In this instance, a bbq hose caught on fire and damaged windows, the patio, and backyard.

This is the aftermath of a kitchen stove fire in San Diego. The kitchen and many rooms throughout the house had heavy smoke and soot damage. The kitchen cabinets ended up being removed due to damage, but the rest of the contents were packed up and cleaned at our warehouse.

Our warehouse is a busy place in the morning and evening. After our morning meeting the technicians load up their vehicles with the equipment they need. At the end of the day, they unload their equipment and it gets cleaned and placed neatly in its designated space.

At the end of the day when the technicians return to the warehouse, their shift isn't over. They clean out the vehicles and restock any supplies needed. That way, when an emergency comes in after hours, our crew can load up the equipment and head to the job site right away.
